How to Exchange or Return

Returning an item is easy! Just follow the simple steps below to generate your free return label and send your parcel back hassle-free. Whether you prefer to print the label at home or get a QR code to use at the post office, we’ve got you covered. If you need any help along the way, feel free to call us at 01732 850280.

1. Find the Returns Page

• Scroll to the bottom of our website.
• Click on 'Returns and Exchanges.

2. Get Your Return Label

• On the 'Returns and Exchanges' page, click 'Click here to generate your free Royal Mail return label.'

3. Enter Your Order Details

You’ll be asked for:

• Order Number – Found in your order confirmation email or invoice.
• Reason for Return – Choose from the list.
• Contact Details – Enter your email.

4. Confirm Parcel Size

• Select the size of your parcel to get the correct label.

5. Choose How to Get Your Label

You have two options:

• Print at Home – If you have a printer, print the label yourself.
• QR Code via Email – If you don’t have a printer, choose this option. You’ll receive an email with a QR code. Show this at the post office, and they’ll print the label for you.

6. Check Your Email (If You Chose a QR Code)

• Open your email and find the QR code.
• Bring your phone to the post office and show the QR code.

7. Pack Your Parcel

• Place the item securely in a package.
• Attach the printed label (or bring your phone if using a QR code).

8. Return Your Parcel

• Take your parcel to your nearest post office.
• They will process the return for you.
