1. How long do I have to return an item?

You have 60 days from the date of receipt to return any items that you are unhappy with. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer this generous return window to give you plenty of time to try on and evaluate your items.

2. What condition should the item be in for a return?

In order to qualify for a refund or exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. We understand that you may need to try on the item to determine if it fits properly, but please refrain from wearing or using the item extensively before making a decision.

3. How do I initiate a return?

4. How long does it take to process a return?

Please allow us up to 14 days to process your return once we receive it. We strive to process returns as quickly as possible, but this timeframe allows us to carefully inspect the item and issue your refund or exchange.

5. Do you offer exchanges?

 Yes. If you would like to exchange the item for a different size or color, please fill in the form on the back of your order. 

6. Do you offer a guarantee on your products?

Yes, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a guarantee that includes a full refund or exchange if goods are returned unused within 30 days, and insurance against loss or damage. Additionally, we have a strict policy of never sharing customer data with third-party companies for marketing purposes.
